Make sure the poster board that you choose is the right size to fit on the wall.
How to hang a poster board on the wall.
Attach the removable adhesive to the back of the poster.
Mount your print on a sheet of foam core which gives your print structure but is still lightweight enough to easily hang.
You may take a couple of steel nails and hammer them into the wall at two different but inline points from the top of the poster.
Drill pilot holes on the marked spots using a drill bit the drill bit needs to be smaller than the width of the wall screw.
Press the poster board onto the wall making sure to press each spot of adhesive firmly so that it will attach tightly to the wall.
Screw the wall screw through the bottom of the barrel and into the pilot hole line up the holes on your signage with the barrels on the wall.
Now it is straightforward to clip and unclip the desired posters anytime without damaging the posters.
Lay down your poster down with the printing side up on a clean flat surface like a freshly cleaned table top.
Secure it in place on the wall with four l shaped hooks also called square bend hooks on each corner.
Theoretically this means that the putty and hanging spaces are adjustable but it could lose its sticking power with too many moves.
Aside from potential staining this is a damage free hanging solution.
Lay the poster or posters flat printed side up on a clean surface weigh them down at the corners for a few hours or a day.
From the top of the poster board on the back side measure down 1 4 of the board.
A binder clip will hang from each of both nails.
Posters printed on hard plastic or similar materials will obviously not need to be prepped this way.
When you lay it down on a table gently make any curls flat and put a weight on each corner.
Rather than try to space the adhesive on the wall and squish the poster against it it s much easier to place the poster facedown on a clean surface and attach the adhesive to the poster before putting it on the wall.
To use it you take a small amount and knead it in your hand to warm it up and then solidly press it onto your wall.
Unscrew the cap from the barrel.
Your poster board will now be secure until you want to remove it.
