First vacuum the tracks to get rid of any dust and debris.
You can clean the track without removing the door but you will only be working on a portion of the whole thing there are two ways to pull out a sliding glass door.

Then slide the door all the way open vacuum the other side and scrape out the dirt and debris inside the track using a flat blade screwdriver.
The first is by grasping it at each end and lifting upward as you pull it toward yourself while the other is to locate the lower rollers and use the screwdriver to raise them off the track.
Pull on the center of the window track or use a blade to pop the track out of place.
Push the slider portion of the window open past the top block lift the window up and out.
This will help pull up stubborn dirt and grime.
